An amazing day today over 80 students took to the matts from white belts to Purple and White belts for the lower Kyu grades.
Superb level maximum effort but for me brilliant behaviour.

Saturday saw 8 squad members travel to Washington North East to attend Cika England Squad Training.
4 hours of Kumite and Kata training at Sensei Kevin Blewitt Toukan Martial Dojo.

This Saturday saw the clubs instructors participating in our annual first aid course and assessments.
Brilliant course definitely recommend Pro Trainers UK. Derek and Lil were absolutely superb.

What a fantastic training seminar over last weekend.
Last weekend Our Chief Instructor Sensei Junior once again visited our club and association.
Saturday he braved the North East breeze at Toukan Martial Arts Academy Washington and then down to Sunny Manchester on Sunday.
These weekends are a breath of fresh air and are never long enough.

The first Karate Combat Seminar to be held in UK.
Sensei Christina Kavakopoulou will be hosting the Karate Combat Seminar in Greater Manchester this July.
Its going to be a tough one.
