National squad training
Hello everyone.
Today was my privilege to be asked by Sensei Junior Lefevre to coach at national squad training. Humbled woukd be an understatement!!

March Lower Kyu Gradings
Hello all.
What can i say other than WOW!!!
Yesterday saw the first lower kyu grades of the year where over 100 students took to the matts and absolutely smashed the gradings what an effort and performance by all!!
Id like to thank everyone for there efforts 🙏. The students goes without saying. Big thanks to the parents who supported their children patiently and with perseverance i know its a longer day than normal without you it would not be possible 👊. My amazing instructors and Admin team that are truly the backbone and reason of the success of this club. ❤️

Army Boot Camp With Tam
Hello all, this Sunday we will training the army way in our second boot Camp with our very own staff sergeant Tam.
This will be a regular part of trainings now to help prepare our squad for competitions.
This weeks will be slightly later 10.30 start.

Sale Dojo Championships
Today we attended the Sale Dojo invertational championships.
Ive been fortunate to have many proud moments in my karate journey, however i must say im ao proud of our small squad today many of which was there first tournament. You all conducted yourselves amazingly.
Medals of all colours Gold, Silver and Bronze were won today. Simply brilliant

Pre Grade kata Course
Amazing turnout today at Bury Castle Armory.
Over 90 lower kyu grades attended our lower Kyu grade course.
Lovely to meet all the new students and parents looking forward to seeing you next weekend at Grading Day.
