So once again Kyu grading is upon us.

Decembers grading will be held at our home dojo Bury Castle Armouries

As we have said we always prefer to grade in the dojo and this looks like it will be possible.

Please text student name and current grade/belt colour to Dawn no later than Sunday so we can start to plan timings. PLEASE DO NOT JUST ASSUME WE WILL PUT YOUR NAME DOWN. IF WE HAVE NOT HAD A MESSAGE FROM YOU WILL NOT BE ON THE LIST TO GRADE

Please make sure you have transferred you grading fee of £27.50 no later than Monday so we can plan times for each belt. Any money received after this date will be returned and you will not be eligible to grade.

Hello guys I have some great news.
As you know the club are always looking to provide our members with the best experience and support we can.
As some of you know a few yesrs ago our amazing friend Gaz Mav Mather who looked after the cluds injuries for over 5 years was sadly taken from us far to early and since then we have worked with several very good muscle injury specialists.
Now im excited to announce that i have been able to twist the arm of our very own Avneesha Waland to break out her oils and come out of muscle therapy retirement. Avi a club member for 15 years and pupil of Gaz himself has decided to help us. 💪👊
So for all your aches and pains do not hesitate to contact her.
