This weekend is Cika England Squad training from 11.00am / 15.00.
To confirm there will be no normal class upstairs, however you are welcome to attend a class downstairs at 13.00 which is a community engagement activity organised by Tam ( cheers mate).

Commonwealth Games
The EKF are delighted to be hosting the 10th Commonwealth Karate Championships and Club Championships in Birmingham from September 2nd to 6th 2020 at Birmingham University.
Entries can be made on Sport Data. For the Commonwealth Karate Championships this will be open to National Teams only with 2 Elite athletes per category.
