All classes will begin @ 11.00am London time.

Brown Belt Grading
Guys moving on with our grading we should have been holding our Brown and Blackbelt gradings on Sunday26th April, however sit to the current COVID19 situation we are unable to hold the grading as planned at school.
However we have decided to do an online session for grading Brown Belt and upto 2nd Kyu’s I am sure all potential Dan grades will appreciate and understand that it is impossible to hold an online session for such a high level belt.
The session will be on Sunday 3rd May 2020 this would have been the date for the summer seminar with Sensei Junior so no reason anyone is not available.
There are still some details left to finalise such as timings and slight alterations to syllabus your kumite section of grading will be dealt with at the first available dojo class and this is where we will award Certificates and Belts.
The only way we can do this is with your cooperation and by utilising ZOOM so please do get this downloaded and working ASAP.

will be teaching some of our FACEBOOK online live sessions.
This goes a little way to bridge the gap of disappointed that we will not be seeing Christina or Rebeca in June due to the current climate.

I hope you are all staying at home following the advice of the government.
We are putting together a weekly itinerary to keep on top of your training and to help break the difficulty of the day.
We decided on 2 training sessions per day to complement your daily schedules.
1st:- 11.30 following your studies and just before your dinner,
2nd:- 16.30 again following your studies just before your evening meal.

Good evening guys
As we are sure you will understand after lots of advice and long and late night discussions we had decided that we should postpone all classes. Following announcements today that gyms have to close it confirms we are following government guidelines. We will constantly review this and for the well being of our karate family amend things as they change.
At this time we are currently looking into the best platforms which will enable us to offer you online training at home Skype or Zoom seem to be the most popular so please bear with us whilst we work out which will be the best and easiest one to use for our live video sessions, using one of these means we can continue in some way to bring a little bit of ippon into your homes.
We will also be making some instructional videos which will be available to all students again please bear with us.
Short term we are looking to do live Facebook sessions on the social pages so please join in and let us know what you think.
We thank all our members for their continued support and patience in this tough time. We are also looking at ways to reduce your fees to help you in the tough times and also help keep our venues available to us when we return to normality by paying a retainer fee. We have to work to support each other in these unprecedented times.
